Return Policy
Since everything we make is printed just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. That said, if something’s wrong with your order—like a damaged item or a mix-up—we’ve got you.
Just reach out to us at hello@afroboy.ca and we’ll do our best to make it right. Your satisfaction means everything to us.
Exchanges
Right now, we don’t offer exchanges—each item is made to order, just for you. So we encourage you to double-check our sizing charts, which are available on every product page. That way, you can find your perfect fit the first time.

If you received an item that was mislabeled (like the wrong size or color), please email us at hello@afroboy.ca within 7 days of receiving it. Be sure to include:

We’ll get you a replacement or a refund, no problem.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Where are my returns sent?
By default, the return address for our print-on-demand provider is based on where your package was fulfilled. The address listed below are for product returns only. You must contact us at hello@afroboy.ca before returning any items so that we can inform you of our print-on-demand providers return policy and procedures. All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to our print-on-demand providers address will be returned to the sender, as they not legally permitted to open correspondence that’s not addressed to them.
Packages sent out from their US and Mexico facilities are returned to 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019.
Packages sent out from their facility in Canada are returned to Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4, Canada.
Packages sent out from the Latvian facility are returned to Lidostas Parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167.
Packages sent out from their Spanish facility are returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
Packages sent out from their UK facility are returned to Antar 2, 1 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 6PZ.
Packages fulfilled by their partner facilities in Australia are returned to 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
Packages fulfilled by their partner facilities in Japan are returned to Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan (apparel orders); Ibe 15, Kunogi, Nakanoto, Kashima, Ishikawa prefecture, Japan 929-1801 (non-apparel orders).
Packages fulfilled by their partner facility in Brazil are returned to Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias - RJ, Brasil.
For limited-run pieces, returns are sent to Afro Boy Productions: 1020 McDonald Crescent, Nanaimo, BC, V9S 2B9
What happens to the returned item?
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to the sender, but most often, it’s due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by your end customer.
If a product is returned, it’ll be shipped back to our facility or to Afro Boy Productions in Nanaimo, and we’ll place it in temporary returns storage up to 30 days at no cost. We’ll notify you about the return via email.
We will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed or change the shipping address if you wish to have the product reshipped.
By the end of the 30 days period, all unclaimed returns will go to charity.

Please note that:
When reshipping your order, new shipping charges will be applied.
Any returns that occur because of an error on our print-on-demands part will be handled at their expense.

Refund Policy
We only offer refunds for orders that arrive damaged or if you received the wrong item—and we totally get how frustrating that can be.

Shipping Timelines
We know you’re excited to rock your Afro Boy fit—and trust us, we’re just as hyped to get it to you! Each item is made-to-order, meaning we don’t start printing until you hit that "Buy Now" button. This helps us reduce waste and keep things sustainable.
⏳ Fulfillment time: 2–7 business days
🚚 Shipping time:
Canada & USA: 5–10 business days
International: 10–15 business days
So from cart to doorstep, your order may take anywhere from 7 to 17 business days depending on where you are.

International Orders
If you’re ordering from outside the USA, your shipment might be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees can vary based on your order value, product type, and local rules—and are the responsibility of the recipient.
💡 Pro tip: Be sure to include your phone number at checkout! This helps your local postal service contact you easily and reduces the risk of delays or lost packages during international delivery.
Canadian customers, take note! We’ve prioritized our Canadian fulfillment center for orders within Canada, which helps keep shipping smoother, quicker, and more affordable. However, if your item isn’t available there, it may ship from another location.
