Jack Point & Biggs Park
Jack Point and Biggs Park is a place I like to go back to often. The park offers great ocean views of Nanaimo, Gabriola, and Duke Point. I took my friend Elaine there since she had never been before. We took our time walking through the park trail, pausing to photograph the small details as well as the scenic ones. On the way back to the car we came upon a sea otter and her three cubs. The mother was hunting and feeding her cubs while they played on the rocks. It's always great watching animals in their natural elements.
